Maple Labs maintains fair and competitive pricing for all research-grade materials. Because pricing in the research market can vary, we offer a limited, case-by-case price match review for qualifying products that meet our verification standards. A price match is never guaranteed and is evaluated based on authenticity, equivalence, and product integrity.
Eligibility Requirements
A product may be considered for price-match review if:
- The competing item is the same compound, similar concentration, and comparable form (e.g., lyophilized vial).
- The competitor provides independent third-party analytical testing (e.g., Janoshik, Chromate) confirming authenticity and identity.
- The competitor is a publicly accessible and verifiable research supplier with a functioning website and listed pricing.
- The price shown reflects standard, non-promotional retail pricing—not coupons, flash sales, bulk deals, memberships, or temporary discounts.
Submission & Verification
To request a price match, submit the following through our Contact Form:
- A direct link or screenshot of the competitor’s product listing showing the exact price and availability.
- Third-party testing or verification data for the competitor’s product.
- The Maple Labs product you wish to match and the intended order quantity.
Our team will evaluate product equivalency, authenticity, and compliance with Maple Labs’ quality standards. Review times may vary depending on documentation completeness and verification requirements.
Limitations & Discretion
All price match decisions are made at the sole discretion of Maple Labs. Approval of one request does not guarantee approval of future or similar requests. If approved, a price adjustment may be applied as:
- a direct price modification,
- a custom invoice, or
- a store credit adjustment.
Price matches are valid only before payment is completed. Approved adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to existing or shipped orders.
Exclusions
- Discount codes, limited-time sales, holiday sales, or special promotions
- Bulk-only pricing from other vendors
- Private-label, repackaged, or unverifiable sources
- Products lacking independent analytical verification
- Requests made after order fulfillment or shipment
